Where and how can I track my order?

An email confirmation will be sent soon after we dispatch your order with tracking details. In case you did not receive one, write to and we will get back to you with your order status as quickly as we can.

How soon will I receive my order?

We will make your order dispatch-ready and get it on the road within 2 days. And you can pick it up from your doorstep in 5 – 7 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request for cancellation within 24 hours from the time you placed your order or within dispatch. And we will try our best to cancel your order and process a complete refund. We can’t guarantee a cancellation once the order has been dispatched from our end.

Can I request a return for my order?

We do not accept any returns once the product has reached you, as to the nature of personal care products, and consequently the factor of hygiene. We also encourage conscious consumerism and aim to reduce carbon footprint as much as we can.

Can I pay using cash during delivery?

No. Cash on Delivery is temporarily unavailable due to current pandemic circumstances.

Can I bulk order for an event or gifting?
