Use it like a conventional graphite pencil. You can compost the pencil shavings or dispose with other green waste.
How to plant:
- Use a pot with a drainage hole in the bottom. Place it on a saucer and fill it with potting soil.
- Water the soil so it’s moist, but not soggy.
- Plant the pencil at an angle. Don’t plant it too deeply — the soil should just cover the seed capsule.
- Place the pot in natural light, avoiding direct sunlight.
- Water regularly in the saucer. The first shoots should appear between 1 and 4 weeks after planting.
Care instruction: Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight.
